What this site is
K-News Korean is a free study tool for learners of Korean. It is not a news outlet. Each brief is a short educational text written for a TOPIK level, based on a public news report that is credited and linked on the article page. For the latest and complete facts, read the original report.
How the articles are made
- Some briefs are written by our editors and some are drafted automatically by AI from the headline and summary of a public report, then checked by software rules. AI drafts can contain mistakes in facts, translation or vocabulary notes.
- Briefs never copy the original article. They reuse only basic facts, and every brief links to its source.
- Translations, romanisation and TOPIK levels are study aids, not official or certified material.
Your use
- You may read, listen to, print and share links to the briefs for personal study and teaching.
- Please do not republish the briefs in bulk, sell them, or scrape the site automatically without asking us first.
- Do not try to disrupt the site, its database or its usage counters.
Copyright and corrections
If you hold rights in a source report and think a brief goes too far, or you spot a factual or language error, email contact@k-newskorean.com with the article link. We review notices promptly and correct or remove the brief where needed.
Partner links and Pro
Some links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Partners are responsible for their own products and terms. Pro membership is not on sale yet. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not commit you to buy.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep it accurate and available but cannot guarantee that it is error-free or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from relying on the content. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
